This role combines strategic planning, lead generation, and sales conversion to attract and onboard high-value members into our premium, mid-tier, and basic membership programs. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve $100K+ in monthly revenue, while fostering authentic relationships and expanding our community’s reach.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies (organic and paid) to attract high-quality prospects.
Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for targeted outreach.
Create partnerships with like-minded organizations and groups to expand reach.

2. Nurturing Prospects:

Design and execute automated email and text sequences to engage trial members.
Craft authentic, relationship-focused messaging that aligns with our community’s tone.
Manage engagement on social platforms and provide personalized touchpoints where needed.

3. Closing Sales:

Convert trial members into full-paying members (basic, mid-tier, or premium tiers).
Use live consultations, email outreach, or other methods to ensure high-conversion rates.
Consistently upsell mid-tier members to premium memberships through clear value demonstrations.

4. Metrics and Optimization:

Track leads, trial conversions, upsells, and retention rates.
Adjust strategies based on data to improve performance.
Collaborate with the team to hit monthly revenue targets of $100K+.

Compensation

This role is performance-based with significant earning potential:

Earn a percentage of net revenue for all trial memberships you generate and convert.
Recurring commissions for up to 12 months on ongoing memberships you help bring in.

Trial Period

This role includes an 8-week trial period where multiple candidates will demonstrate their ability to deliver results. The top performer(s) will have the opportunity to continue working with us in an expanded and ongoing capacity.
