2. Our chat is a “pitch and catch”

If someone “pitches” a share or video and you have the time to read or watch please remember to respond with a “catch” (thoughtful response) so that everyone feels caught and seen.

If you can’t make time, it can be as simple as “Thank you for sharing this. I see you. I feel you etc” on a video or a heart on a post.

3) The goal is that you feel this chat and zoom call are the respite from your life, not another obligation. Not need to feel pressure or guilty if you aren’t engaging, we all ebb and flow. Just know that it works best when we do engage ☺️
